Global Sewers

In the past, homeowners dealing with a damaged sewer had no choice but to rely on excavation companies. This often involved digging a trench through your lawn, which could take several days, and would likely destroy trees, shrubs, flowers, and even concrete. The disruption to your yard and the costly restoration afterward made sewer repair a major inconvenience.

But thanks to modern technology, you can now avoid these messy and expensive scenarios. Our advanced No-Dig Sewer Repair System can complete the same repair in just a matter of hours, without a single trench being dug. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Initial Inspection:
Our technician starts by cleaning your sewer line using the cleanout within your home or the manhole access in the street. A thorough video inspection is conducted to pinpoint the damaged sections of the pipe.

  2. Preparation of the Liner:
A fiberglass liner, coated with a highly durable and eco-friendly epoxy resin, is prepared and wrapped around an inflatable bladder. This special resin is virtually odorless and ensures a long-lasting repair.

  3. Inserting the Liner:
The prepared liner is then carefully pulled through the existing sewer pipe, positioning it exactly where the repair is needed.

  4. Curing the Liner:
Once in place, the liner is inflated with steam from a generator in the technician’s truck. The steam cures the epoxy, bonding the liner seamlessly to the inside of the old pipe.

  5. Final Inspection and Completion:
After just 45 minutes, the epoxy is fully cured, and the bladder is removed. A final video inspection is done to verify the quality of the repair. Your sewer is now like-new without any digging or mess.
